BAT-UP! is a diagnostic device designed for lead-acid batteries of various sizes and capacities. Based on voltage and temperature measurement, the system uses experimental algorithms tested for a year and a half on numerous batteries, ensuring accuracy and robustness in diagnosis.

BAT-UP! acts as an HMI interface, displaying in real time the results processed within the BAT-MAN product family.

BAT-MAN: Battery Analyzer
A connected and over-the-air reflashable device that provides highly accurate diagnostics (State of Charge and State of Health) for lead-acid batteries. The algorithm is based on a combination of “local” and “distributed” knowledge, adapting to different battery types (starter, start/stop, service, etc.).
BAT-MAN: Intelligent Battery Sensor
Integrated into the vehicle and system architecture, BAT-MAN supports protocols such as LIN and CAN, allowing monitoring without the need for detailed knowledge of the battery. Its adaptive capability reduces the need for calibration and offers greater flexibility.
BAT-MAN: Battery Management Systems
Ideal for managing Li-Ion battery packs, BAT-MAN integrates as an edge computing device, providing accurate and safe diagnoses thanks to the continuous updating of “local” and distributed knowledge.

The practical test of BAT-MAN technology

The Battery Test Bench Development project leverages BAT-MAN technology to create a complete and customizable battery test bench. The system integrates safe and flexible hardware components, accurate charge/discharge management and a LabVIEW-based software interface, ensuring real-time monitoring and data recording.
